Here are five things I want you to think about this week:

1. Connection is the only thing that matters
2. Collect before you direct
3. Give yourself grace
4. Find some joy and belly laugh
5. You will fuck it up, drop the ball, forget your why. None of these things last forever

For every retweet this receives, @ArleneDickinson is donating $1 (up to $10,000), to the @CalgaryFoodBank!

In times like these, the generosity and community-minded spirit of Calgarians is needed more than ever.

Every $1 in donations buys $5 in food.

Great new art in the main foyer! Created over the course of her grade 12 year, this piece embodies the legacy our students leave when they graduate. @ffca_hsc #ffcaworks #art30 #raftofthemedusa #famouspaintingsreimagined https://t.co/09AQWgbqI0
