@British_Airways You can’t control the weather but you can control many parts of the experience for your most loyal customers. British airways continues to underwhelm me as a customer. Very disappointed.
@British_Airways What is the point of flying code share as a consumer if the loyalty entitlements aren’t honored? As one world alliance passenger it doesn’t make sense to fly BA without these loyalty benefits.
@British_Airways It was a British airways/aer Lingus code share flight and ba lounge. Aer Lingus didn’t keep me out of the lounge. Ba did. And they are part of one world.
@British_Airways been stuck in London since Thursday without my bags because u or ei or aa lost them and you can’t let an emerald into the lounge? Customer service is totally gone
@AerLingus I’m still hopeful that the kindness of the Irish will help find my bag. So far no one has answered any phone lines and no one responds to my desperate calls for help. Lord, pls help me be reunited with my bag or at least get someone at AerLingus to respond.
