Cyberstalking involves using electronic communications to harass, track, or threaten a person (18 U.S.C. § 2261A). Publishing someone's identity, even if publicly available, with intent to intimidate, and publishing their underage children, is a crime. "It was public" is not a defense. The offense is the intent. Threatening to send malware is a separate federal crime (18 U.S.C. § 1030).

That is what has been done to me for the past eight days.

On July 2, I was threatened with the release of my real name (attached). I was then warned not to open PDF files because malware was coming, and that I would face "shame" soon. Days later, my legal name, photographs of my children, and many false allegations about me were published without my consent, to an audience being told I am a fraud. The posts have not stopped since, more than 100 in eight days, from three accounts: @osintsean, @ZacKaizen, and @GBNT1952, who escalated to this level over the past week after doxxing me.

My children's faces, my name, and the ability to know where I live, handed to strangers who were told to be angry at me. I have had to take real steps to protect my family this week.

In addition to those three accounts, dozens of others took part, and it is documented. @lisaknows429 and @paramounttactcl have hosted livestreams continuing this. @kate_p45, to name a few. There are more. Every post, comment, and repost from all of them is saved, thanks to this community.

An FBI Internet Crimes complaint is filed and active, and a police report is in progress. Everything posted from this point forward, every post, comment, and repost, becomes part of that record as well.

If anything happens to me or my family, these are the names to start with.

If you want to help, please report these accounts for targeted harassment and threats, and if you have a contact at the FBI's IC3 cyberstalking unit or in Virginia law enforcement, please email me. That is the help I need, because ignoring them is not working.

Just received word from Mr Kirby's CPA...the IRS has corrected the record, and is issuing him a REFUND. I appreciate IRS officials responding to me so fast, BUT, whoever was responsible for handling Mr Kirby's case should be fired immediately! The new IRS Chief should set up a web portal where tax payers can make reports that actually get reviewed and replied to. This was absolutely ridiculous, and should never happen again. This dragged on for 5 years, and in under 24 hours, we fixed it. Unreal.

The IRS is threatening to seize a Tennessee man's farm after charging him interest on a $20,000 refund it accidentally sent him, which he immediately tried to return.

Wilson Perry Kirby, 76, says he was accidentally sent $20,000 by the IRS in 2022.

Kirby immediately tried returning the money and even hired an accountant to fix the issue.

Instead, the IRS is now charging him interest on the money he tried returning and is withholding his 2025 tax refund.

"I've tried the president, governor, mayor. They don't mind asking you to vote for them, but when you need help you can't get ahold of nobody," Kirby said.

Despite trying to fix the problem, the IRS is still sending letters, demanding he pay interest on the money they accidentally sent him that he tried to return. He never spent it.

The IRS is now threatening to seize his farm if he doesn't pay the up to $4300 (and growing) interest.

Infuriating.

🚨#BREAKING: Two boys on paddle-boards are being praised as heroes after heartwarming footage emerged of them RESCUING A DROWNING RACCOON during the Texas storms.

The two boys, Tucker and Owen saw the raccoon being sucked under by the current, scooped it out of the water, saving it's life.

The animal crawled underneath Tucker's legs, hiding from the rain and the storm.

This week JD Vance touched the Epstein intelligence story on Rogan. Shapiro was attacking him inside 48 hours.

Then there's Charlie Kirk. What started my entire follow the money on Shapiro and it's dark.

In his final weeks, Kirk started questioning Israel. A pro-Israel billionaire named Robert Shillman reportedly pulled $2 million out of Turning Point to punish him. He routed it through a fund that erases his name, so the check can never be traced.

That same Shillman built Ben Shapiro's career. In his own words: "With a pen and a checkbook, I provide ammunition."

And it isn't just Shillman. The Wilks brothers, the fracking billionaires who funded Shapiro's Daily Wire, also funded Rob McCoy, Kirk's own pastor, whose son worked inside Kirk's operation.

So, Charlie Kirk wavered from the pro-Israel cause, and weeks later he was assassinated.

Ben Shapiro was then handed the opening slot at Kirk's own convention and used it to call Israel skeptics "frauds and grifters."

Now the part he hides. Shapiro doesn't just take their money. He's invested in Israel himself. He is the largest shareholder of an Israeli company that makes Covid Vaccines in the pill form, and he is the founder of a fund pouring money into Israeli tech. But, he doesn't tell his audience this.
