took a toll on my mental health & I was in a dark place! Luckily God healed me, and with the help of my family, I recovered! Today, when I feel my body asking me to “slow down & take a break”, I listen saraga fullstop! 🙏🏾
Last time I didn’t listen to my body asking me to slow down & rest, it triggered a condition that left me bedridden for 3 months then having to use crutches for another 4 months! Suddenly losing mobility & the feeling of helplessness

Ahead of the Fourth Pacific Islands Forum Women Leaders Meeting, Ministers and Leaders today engaged in dialogue with Senior Officials and regional civil society organisations.
This provided them with the platform to discuss opportunities around working collaboratively to progress regional gender equality commitments aligned to the revitalised Pacific Leaders Gender Equality Declaration (PLGED).
The PIF Women Leaders Meeting will be held from 24-25 July 2025.
