The Gospel should always overwhelm us—not because it's complicated, but because it is profoundly simple, yet unfathomable, beautifully undeserved, and eternally life-changing.
The last are first, the least are served, and the creator and sustainer of all things dies. Why? Because he thought you were worth it.
God, humanity’s loving Father, and righteous Judge saw our inability to overcome our imperfect decisions on our own. So, instead of watching us face death, the rightful consequence of our actions, He stepped in taking on our punishment for us through the sacrifice of Himself on a cross. He died so that we can live. And now we can all have an eager expectation of resurrection for ourselves, because Jesus has already overcome the grave. All we must do is put our full trust in Him.
This act of divine grace isn't something we can earn, repay, or ever fully comprehend. It's the purest demonstration of love the world has ever known. That's not something we should ever get over.
Adversity and failure will come. How’s your mindset when they do?
Are you comfortable in the adversity?
If you find it discomforting, how can you start to train your mind to to relish those moments of learning?
In the book of Deuteronomy, the verb “remember” appears 15 different times.
In Deuteronomy 22, Moses reminds the Israelites to remember, or do not forget, to remember their parents' generation and how they were rescued out of Egypt.
They were encouraged to not forget God's faithfulness.
They saw the sea split, they saw miracle after miracle.
Remember what God has done, write down what ways you have seen him move and ultimately, when we look back and remember, the cross more than anything else, and that it counted for us.
@DemiTebow visits one of our TTF Promise Homes!
Alongside our Ministry Partner, Impact Africa, we currently operate four TTF Promise Homes in and around Johannesburg, South Africa.
These homes provide babies with safety, loving care, nutrition, health care, wellness, and the opportunity for a forever family.
The loving TTF Impact Baby Rescue team provides around-the-clock care to these precious image-bearers as they work to reunify them with their family or get them ready for adoption.
Thank you to our giving family for stepping into a mission that is changing lives and helping give life a chance!
"How willing are you?
Everyone wants to win.
That should never be your question.
The question is: what are you willing to do?
How hard are you willing to embrace the grind-to embrace the suck?
That's the question.
When you have to endure, are you going to be willing?"
This new school will allow us to provide holistic education to more children with developmental disabilities and expand our reach to their families through more resources and support. We are so excited for all the life-change that will take place in Villa Nueva. Praise God!
