Today the situation has escalated and become critical.
In our area people are panic buying food for emergency stocks.
The thought of an increase in the war situation makes us despair but it is the closing of all our borders which truly frightens us. We would not be able to feed our cats or the animals at the farm.
So we really really need to start preparing our own emergency stocks of food before border closures hit us hard.
We need to throw ourselves at your mercy and ask for your help. If our animals are to survive - we need food.
We remember before Aleppo fell - when all we had to offer our cats was rice and a little mortedello.
It is heart breaking to remember their loss of condition and how quickly their health declined.
Please help us if you can. Please share our appeals with your friends.

It seems that war is knocking on our neighbors' door, and consequently we must prepare ourselves too... we no longer know what serenity is except for a few weeks and here fear, anguish, worry return to keep us company.
