LORQAI

Ideas, stories, tech, and things I find interesting

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

Spotify knows what I like. GTA introduces me to music I didn't know I needed. 🎮🎶

With all the GTA VI hype, there's something I've been thinking about.

Streaming algorithms try to predict what we'll enjoy next. But GTA radio does something completely different.

It gives music a memory.

A song you'd normally skip can become unforgettable because it played during a late-night drive, a ridiculous police chase, or five minutes of doing absolutely nothing.

Years later, you hear that same song somewhere else, and suddenly you're back in Vice City.

That's what makes GTA radio so special.

Rockstar has just revealed some of GTA VI's new radio stations, and I'm honestly more curious about the music I'll discover than the size of the map.

Because sometimes the best songs aren't the ones you search for.

They're the ones you accidentally find.

What's one song you discovered through a video game that you've never forgotten? 🎧

HALF ALIVE is about that weird place where your life is technically working just fine.

You get up. You work. You answer messages. You make plans. Everything keeps moving.

You just don’t really feel much of it anymore.

Then one crooked note slips in — and somehow it becomes the most human thing in the whole song.

Does this idea actually work for you, or did I overthink the hell out of it? 😆

Maybe the next one should just go boom boom boom.

@lightsupleclerc If you want something you definitely haven’t heard before — ECHO OF THE HILLS by LORQAI 😄

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@wiff_d For a long drive, I'd throw this one into the mix 😄

It's my own track, ECHO OF THE HILLS — a little atmospheric, a little different.

@meoww739 You might like this one 😄 It's my own track, HALF ALIVE — more cinematic rock than grunge, but figured I'd throw it into the mix!

@netflix One look at this poster and I already don't trust a single person in this movie. 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@_GTAVI_ At this point, the only thing leaking is my patience waiting for GTA VI 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@GTAVI_Countdown At this rate, fans will have reconstructed the entire game before Rockstar releases it.

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@IndianTechGuide My phone still works. Apparently that's bad for business. 😂📱

Happy Friday, everyone! 😄❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who's helped, encouraged, or simply cheered on my little project.

It's only taking its first steps, but every little win feels pretty big right now.

And there's always one more song. 😉🎶

Have an amazing weekend! ❤️

@NintendoAmerica I survived decades of boss fights just to realize Hello Kitty might be the endgame. 😂🎮

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@ChatGPT I came here to ask one quick question. Three hours later, we're building an entire project together. 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@ClaudeDevs Finally, a place to organize all the projects I started with AI and never finished. 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@sciencegirl The real question is, does the robot dog know who's a good boy? 😂

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@HKallioGoblin @IndianTechGuide That's a pretty interesting trade-off. Being able to do this without an implant is a huge deal, even if it's slower. Curious how much they can improve the accuracy.

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@netflix Chris Evans, Anya Taylor-Joy AND Vincent Cassel? Okay, you've got my attention. 😂🍿

Putting in PTO for November 19.

The form asks for a reason.

"Personal reasons" feels dishonest.
"Going back to Vice City" feels a little too honest.

[LORQAI @LORQAI]

@GTAVI_Countdown GTA 6 isn't even out yet and we've already got paid side quests. 😂🎮
