Kind of Blue is regarded by many as a true masterpiece, the greatest jazz album ever recorded, and one of the best albums of all time…

Joe Engle, e'55, 1982 recipient of the Distinguished Service Citation and #KU's first #Jayhawk in space, passed last Wednesday. Engle became an astronaut at age 32 while in the Air Force, becoming the youngest pilot ever to qualify as an astronaut. #RockChalk#KUAlumni#NASA
Sad to learn of the passing of Daniel Kahneman. A brilliant mind whose work in behavioral economics was transcendent and revolutionary. I am not sure any book has impacted me more than "Thinking, Fast and Slow." May his memory be for blessing.
BREAKING🚨:
Caitlin Clark has passed former Kansas guard Lynette Woodard for the AIAW/NCAA all-time scoring record.
Woodard played at Kansas (1978-81) prior to the NCAA holding women’s championships.
In rememberance of the 42 anniversary of the Hyatt Regency walkway disaster. @TimHarford 's podcast "Cautionary Tales" is a thoughtful history and lessons learned from this event.

McCarthy challenged me as a reader more than any other author. His words captivated, horrified, thrilled, and moved me. His books were a beautiful poetry of words that made each of his works unforgettable. I am saddened by his passing.
Cormac McCarthy, the formidable and reclusive writer of Appalachia and the American Southwest, has died at 89. “All the Pretty Horses,” “The Road” and “No Country for Old Men” were among his acclaimed books that explore a world of violence and outsiders. https://t.co/H1hxF3V8eA
