@AlyssRayne The thing is even loading illegal imagery, without ever saving it, is classed as ‘making/production’ because a new copy has been created on your device. They’ve not clarified if that’s the case with this, but it makes even scrolling on here risky
@AssortedKinks I saw this too, but unfortunately they’ve given no clarity on what they define as ‘fanciful’. Another thing that’s left open to interpretation. Navigating this feels like one wrong move from doing something illegal
Many women who haven’t been SA’d enjoy CNC. Stop reducing women’s desire to trauma responses. I enjoy CNC, never experienced SA and wouldn’t want to. Pathologising women’s sexual autonomy plays a big role in invalidating it
@The_BELOVED23@Dezarooney23 It’s usually a coping mechanism for some rape victims, their brain’s way of compensating for the one time that didn’t get a say or opportunity to say yes.
Emphasis on “some”, not all rape victims are into it.
@kiwi_bride@The_BELOVED23@Dezarooney23 Not the case for many of us. Stop reducing women’s desire to trauma responses. I enjoy CNC, never experienced SA and wouldn’t want to. Pathologising women’s sexual autonomy plays a big role in invalidating it

@Mssj791914@SonnyTLoughran I’ve been told that I’m lying, people pleasing, psychologically unwell or that unknown to me, deep down I hate it. Basically, my kinks and preferences become silenced, invalid or pathologised. Apparently ‘my body, my choice’ comes with caveats
@OloriOfOloriss I do, and I then get shamed and told my sexual preferences and desires are invalid, people pleasing or not really of my own choosing. Thats violating in its own way!
@thatgirl_naza If I was SA’d I’d be terrified & distraught. I don’t feel that when I do CNC because there’s a part of my brain that trusts my partner, knows I’m safe & consenting. That’s the difference. And it’s a big one
This is so f draining. CNC isn’t rape. Even in roleplay, there’s a part of your brain that knows something isn’t real. That’s why my fight or flight doesn’t get triggered during CNC, because my brain knows I’m safe, consenting & trust my partner. Aka not rape
@CaptainVirgilx@latsot You do realise you’re invaliding women’s desires and sexual preferences with this take. I really enjoy being choked, not because of fear or hate but because the orgasms I get during are fucking earth shattering
@latsot Uh..I’m a woman who enjoys being choked, and will first initiate it/suggest it. The idea that only men like this completely invalidates the sexual autonomy and desires of many women!

@_iCorC According to the staggeringly vague legal wording, yes. Both for possession & production. Even though it’s consenting, private, between adults and never shared
