80+ TOG (tired old grump), let others decide if I am Christian, self opinionated male usually wrong. Learning fly fishing & profitable trading too slowly
@ricwe123@zerohedge What was it then ?
Failure to be submissive to a greater threat
Just how many Iraqis did the UDS kill and have the billions of Iraq's infrastructure the USA trashed been fully restored yet at the USA's expense
Why not ?
@zerohedge Wait until Nordstrom 2 is back on line and yet another US dominated cartel bites the dust. Then the pips will squeak.
The battle for the industrial engine of Europe has begun
@jcniyomugabo Only if the merchants will pay a fair price & not exploit them.
How many tomato farmers have their crop condemned by a ‘merchant’ as too yellow, small, misshapen, etc then a last minute deal to buy the lot for ‘canning’ at a a knockdown price is reached. Breaks a man’s spirit
@hallaboutafrica Better that that Mr. Dangote focuses on provided value for money goods to his clients than fripperies to the ‘have a lots’.
He will help rebuild the nations structure, its self esteem in what Nigerians can achieve & just maybe, by example, transparency in business dealings.
@murtazahsyed Excellent article. Just a pity the UK Chancellor is not so like minded because of the foreign influences wanting to buy any UK assets that are not screwed down.
@waiterich He’s making more sense than most but then mining for EVs minerals must also have a part in ‘raking over’ the earth’s natural degradation mechanisms, so Elon be careful what you wish for: between the the survival of your EV production & your part in global global destruction
@LiveSquawk All depends on the Russian gas supply. If the Chinese can make Putin see sense and back off Ukraine, then there is still hope the US can be kept at arm's length while the pipeline is repaired & NGas returns to Europe.
@zerohedge US intelligence seems to know a lot very early on, all of a sudden.
It's a pity they are are not interested in anything else except US interests. We might have avoided the Iraq war, Afghanistan capitulation, blowing up of Nord II pipeline & the Kershon Dam
Selfish defined !
@FrDidymus Good thought, & just how for long before the NordGas II pipeline was blown up last year could the USA perhaps hear equipment being manoeuvred in the pipeline area; presuming it was not commercial interests who destroyed that pipeline to replace it with a US based LPGas supply
@zerohedge Putin has now to decide what chance he has to win, dependent only on his own forces in Ukraine.
Is this why there are no UK Newspapers so far today.
How will this effect any futures USA commodities trading policy, or have they bought off Wagner, & at what price ?
@GyllKing 1. Study hard wherever you live;
2. Apply for a UK visa preferably to bring the family with you to attend a University Degree Course.
3. Register with NHS & Social Security
Total upfront cost £60,000
Net benefits are FOREVER & no one knows or cares where you are thereafter.
@albundysdad @MamiwataFilm Manufacturers will produce EVs whoever it costs where ruthless local politicians, tribal elders or national statesmen are willing to trash their country and heritage in exchange for a fist-full of dollars.
@andrewbeane Methodist Circuit’s are the same.
Less Ordained Ministry, more demands on lay & retired preachers (no stipends or retainers; travel expenses reluctantly paid, yet £100s of 1000s annexed by the Connexion from the sales of chapels & manses, very little of which they contributed to
@djuric_zlatko Which was the worse scenario, a Democrat President failing to alert media over the imminent death of a tycoon & family 5 days ago or a Republican presidential hopeful fomenting war against an unproven 45 minutes to mass destruction theory about President Saddam Hussien in Iraq.?
@djuric_zlatko As Biden would have found if he had checked with a fellow betrayer (Pontius Pilate) of principles: “what is truth……. “
The first one never learnt his lessen and reaped the consequence of deliberate ignorance a cowardice and the same fate awaits JB & cohort
