@AvantiWestCoast So there is effectively a “peak” service on a Friday morning if you want to arrive into London early, despite Fridays being labelled as “off-peak” and restrictions not applying
@AvantiWestCoast They both show as off-peak but have 2 different prices which makes no sense. I’ve got the off-peak return to Euston with a two together railcard and it’s always been around £150 return which is why it’s confused me
@AvantiWestCoast I thought so but when I go to book an off-peak return on Friday I get 2 different costs? This is for 2 people with a two together railcard. Any idea as to why theres 2 different off peak prices?
@AvantiWestCoast I’m not after compensation for the hotel as it was paid for by my company. It’s just how do I submit the delay repay for the train as there’s no option for cancelled trains
@AvantiWestCoast hi, was caught up in the disruption at Euston on Thursday evening. My original train and a few subsequent ones after that were cancelled so I was able to get a last min hotel and opted to travel yesterday as I had an anytime return. How do I submit delay repay?
@BootsHelp just purchased this Clinique cleansing balm from your Stockport store. Open it on the way home to find it like this! I didn’t get a receipt, what are my options!?
