The hotel emailed me on 24th April to say they are closed until 2nd July but Tui are denying they are aware of this! My holiday is due to leave Manchester 27th May 2021!!

@SimonCalder @MartinSLewis hi guys due to travel to Morocco 27th May. The hotel has confirmed it won’t be re opening until July, @TUIUK have said there’s no change to my booking? What are my rights regarding a refund if the hotel is closed

When you are due to fly to Morocco on 27th May but the hotel has confirmed its closed until July! @TUIUK deny any changes to our booking and won’t refund us!! Absolutely disgusting service and telling customers blantant lies to avoid refunds!!! Will never book with them again
