@HPSupport hi I keep getting a cartridge error message. I have done EVERY troubleshooting suggestion and nothing fixes it. It is an official HP tri-colour cartridge (instant ink). I don’t have a replacement one to put in my printer. Any help?

@eis_southayr What is the current decision on being off sick during a strike week? Can you still self-certify for non-strike days, for example the day before a strike? Or would you have to get a doctor note even just for a one or two day absence?
