ปัญหาแบงบังโต จะไม่มีทางเกิดขึ้นได้ในบริษัทที่มีคนเข้าใจการเงินและการลงทุน — รายได้ 635 ล้าน แต่จ่ายเงินเดือนพนักงานไม่ทัน…

ข่าวร้าน “เนื้อแท้” ทำเอาหลายคนช็อก (จริงๆ ผมชอบกินเนื้อร้านเค้า) ยอดขายโตทุกปี 333 → 504 → 635 ล้านบาท แต่จู่ๆ เงินสดตึง ขาดทุนสะสม จนค้างจ่ายเงินเดือน

จริงๆ สำหรับคนที่เข้าใจการลงทุน ผมสอนสิ่งนี้ไว้ในคอร์ส “ลงทุนในหุ้นพื้นฐาน” สิ่งที่ช่วยได้คือการดูอัตราส่วนทางการเงิน

หลายๆ คนคิดว่า อัตราส่วนทางการเงินเอาไว้ใช้กับการลงทุน แต่จริงๆ ที่ใช้บ่อยกว่า คือสำหรับการ รันธุรกิจ เพราะเราไม่อยากซื้อธุรกิจที่มีปัญหา ก็เท่ากับ เราไม่อยากรันธุรกิจตัวเองให้มีปัญหา

ผมยกตัวอย่างสองตัว👇

1️⃣ Profitability Ratio — ขายเยอะ ไม่ได้แปลว่ากำไรเยอะ

หลักการคือเมื่อมียอดขาย ให้หักออกด้วย “ต้นทุนสินค้าขาย” (ค่าเนื้อ ค่าผัก ค่าของที่อยู่ในเมนู แต่ไม่รวมค่าพนักงาน ค่าเช่า) จะได้ กำไรขั้นต้น

สิ่งนี้บอกว่าเราหาของเก่งแค่ไหน ได้เนื้อคุณภาพดีในราคาที่ถูก และถ้ามันกำไรส่วนนี้ไม่มาก แปลว่าเราต้องโฟกัสในการ “ลดต้นทุน” ในการหาสินค้า

หลังจากนั้นก็ให้เอากำไรขั้นต้น หักต้นทุนการดำเนินงาน คือค่าแรง fix cost ต่างๆ ถ้าส่วนนี้มีปัญหา แปลว่าพนักงานเยอะเกินไปเทียบกับรายได้หรือไม่ ต้องมาโฟกัสตรงนี้

สุดท้ายหักดอกเบี้ย ภาษี จะได้กำไรสุทธิ ถ้าตรงนี้ถูกหักเยอะ อาจจะต้องพิจารณาบริหารภาษีให้ดี และหาแหล่งเงินกู้อื่น อาจจะพิจารณาหาผู้ร่วมหุ้น เพื่อเอาเงินร่วมทุนไปปิดหนี้

ลองคำนวณ Net Profit Margin กำไรสุทธิ 16 ล้าน ÷ รายได้ 635 ล้าน = 2.5%

แปลว่าขาย 100 บาท เหลือเงินจริงแค่ 2.50 บาท
ต้นทุนคลาดเคลื่อนนิดเดียว = จากกำไรกลายเป็นขาดทุนทันที ซึ่งผู้บริหารก็ยอมรับเองว่าคำนวณต้นทุนพลาด ยิ่งขายดี ยิ่งขาดทุนสะสม

2️⃣ Liquidity Ratio — กำไรในกระดาษ กินไม่ได้ สภาพคล่องคือ oxygen ของธุรกิจ

Current Ratio = สินทรัพย์หมุนเวียน ÷ หนี้สินหมุนเวียน
ถ้าต่ำกว่า 1 แปลว่า เงินที่ต้องจ่ายใน 1 ปี มากกว่าเงินที่มี

ธุรกิจล้มไม่ใช่เพราะไม่มีกำไร แต่ล้มเพราะ “เงินสดหมดก่อน” กำไรคืออาหาร แต่เงินสดคือลมหายใจ ขาดได้ไม่เกิน 3 นาที

📌 แล้วรู้ไหมครับ… ชีวิตเราก็มี Ratio แบบเดียวกัน

หลายๆ คนไม่รู้ ว่าหลักการเดียวกัน ก็ถูกใช้กับคนทั่วไปใน personal finance ด้วย (เพราะบุคคลมักไม่มีคนดูแลการเงิน CFO เหมือนบริษัท)

เงินเดือนเยอะ = รายได้บริษัทโต แต่ถ้าไม่เคยดู ratio ของตัวเอง ก็เจอชะตากรรมเดียวกับเนื้อแท้ได้

📍 Liquidity Ratio ฉบับบุคคล
เงินสำรองฉุกเฉิน ÷ ค่าใช้จ่ายต่อเดือน → ควรได้ 3–6 เท่า (เนื้อแท้ก็พลาดตรงนี้ — สาขาต้องปิดชั่วคราวเพราะเงินหมุนไม่ทัน)

📍 Saving Ratio ฉบับบุคคล
เงินออม ÷ รายได้ → ควรได้อย่างน้อย 10%
นี่คือ “Net Profit Margin” ของชีวิตคุณ
เงินเดือน 50,000 แต่เหลือเก็บ 500 = margin 1% บางกว่าเนื้อแท้อีกครับ 😅

📍 Debt Service Ratio
ภาระผ่อนหนี้ ÷ รายได้ → ไม่ควรเกิน 35–40%
เกินนี้เมื่อไหร่ = สภาพคล่องตึง เหมือนบริษัทที่หนี้สินหมุนเวียนล้น

บริษัทมีงบการเงิน มี CFO คอยดูตัวเลข
แต่ชีวิตเรา… ใครดูให้ครับ? ถ้าไม่ใช่ตัวเราเอง

ลองนั่งทำ “งบการเงินส่วนบุคคล” ของตัวเองดูสักครั้ง
แล้วคุณจะรู้ว่าตัวเองกำลัง “ขายดีแต่ใกล้เจ๊ง” อยู่เหมือนเนี้อแท้หรือเปล่า
