@tobycarvery disappointed to get to the deck at the Norton canes branch to a sign saying no mash due to equipment failure…..not mentioned on arrival, seating or ordering drinks. It’s one of the main parts of the meal! And….manual mashing is pretty simple…

@manairport @TUIUK flew Manc to cuba today. 2 of our party taken Ill b4 take off & taken to hospital. There bags removed. Only we’ve got to cuba & the wrong bags were removed. This is because check in staff put any stickers on the cases rather than ask which were which! 1/2
