👉 This might sound controversial but the aim of this video was not to ensure that more people label themselves with depression. What is more important to me is that when your body is sending you signals that all is not ok, that we don’t brush it off, but listen to it. All those signs from how we feel in body and mind have something useful to tell us about what we need, and which of those needs are not being met. So if you are ever asking yourself, “Could I be depressed?” It undoubtedly means that your mental health could do with your attention. You do not need to meet the criteria for a particular disorder to start paying attention to your health and getting any support you may need to do that most effectively.

Another initial thought: Liverpool has thrown itself at Eurovision in a way I don’t believe believe any of the other bidders would have. It’s not an ironic thing, or a “we’ll put on a good event for you” thing, it’s a “we want this and we’ll prove ourselves” thing.
