@rosscojmill I’d be interested to know how they’re bought back into work, imagine an event horse coming in from winter, you’d do 3-4 weeks road work with most before they even started cantering
@JamesDa42150584@exRAF_Al Do you have any idea what 99% of adult women would need to do to be <15% body fat?! Never mind the impact it would have on them physiologically
"Perfection is impossible.
In the 1,526 singles matches I played in my career, I won almost 80% of those matches.
But what percentage of points did I win?
54%
In other words, even top ranked tennis players win barely more than half the points they play.
When you lose ever second point on average, you learn not to dwell on every shot.
You teach yourself to think:
'Okay, I double faulted...it's only a point.'
'Okay, I came to the net and I got passed again...it's only a point.'
Even a great shot, an overhead backhand smash that ends up on ESPN's top 10 playlist – that too is just a point.
Here's why I'm telling you this.
When you're playing a point, it has to be the most important thing in the world. And it is.
But when it's behind you, it's behind you.
This mindset is crucial – because it frees you to fully commit to the next point with intensity, clarity, and focus."

It’s a testament to the WHOLE crew (If true and as reported) that everyone got off this aircraft safely. Managing the cabin in this sort of scenario is very difficult.
Amazing… 👏🏻👏🏻
I know this isn’t the most important thing. But, for the love of God, someone tell the 22-year-old running the Tory’s social media account to stop announcing the great offices of state by emoji
The first advice I gave my daughter, when she started working, was to delete the first and last lines of her emails. "Why?" "Because the first and last lines are where you apologise for sending the email. No emails I get from men start or end like that."
