@HouseofHelpers please can someone actually help me with my order. I have spoken to someone on chat who doesnt want to help. My order was supposed to be delivered today between 6.30-8.30am. The delivery company have confirmed the item is not on the van for delivery.

@TicketmasterUK please can someone tell me why it is so hard to get a proper answer from customer service? Phoned several times this week been on the phone on average over 35 mins with no answer, emailed over the last 2 months and still don’t get a proper reply. Shocking service

@TicketmasterCS @TicketmasterUK emailed over the several months to Pay of my balance. Yesterday I called to pay August but I couldn’t do that? Payment made 1st every month so I owe £83.32. Was told I couldn’t pay that, this morning ticket master has taken £166?? Please can you explain as this wasn’t agreed!

@MartinSLewis can you help on charge back its for a flight? I have tried to claim with my credit card for flights In aug, that I couldn’t go because we had to quarantine for 2 weeks on return (The credit card have said i have cancelled) is this correct?
