@NisaRetail I didn’t want to tweet this but I’ve sent a DM and an email about out of date infant milk being sold which hasn’t been acknowledged. Please can someone get back to me? Thank you

So we can’t open our gym which is 5000 sq ft of open floor space & has a HUGE external shutter but I can travel to a b&q, get a haircut, go for a drink & go to the cinema. We’re not all mega globo gyms! We can cap classes and easily apply Covid protection rules!! #Gyms #COVID19

[Lou Tinsley @loutinsley]

@10DowningStreet My husband owns a gym which is 5000 sq ft of open floor space. There are no exercise machines & can easily abide by social distancing & COVID protection measures - why can he not open? We won’t be getting additional financial help & we’re not a big chain gym

@deandunham Thank you so much for assisting us all in this matter. It’s hugely appreciated.

@CitizensAdvice Spoke with one of your advisors on live chat & the were brilliant!!! Great advice & helpful tools. Sent the letter off so I’ll await a response! Thank you

[Lou Tinsley @loutinsley]

@MartinSLewis @BBCWatchdog @CitizensAdvice be aware of poor practice from @sykescottages in the context of COVID-19. Their policy is no refunds despite not providing the service they have taken full payment for. You can rebook at a later date with inflated prices. Not a good deal

[Lou Tinsley @loutinsley]

Long shot but can anyone help me find the owners of Copmanthorpe Hall in York? @sykescottages have cancelled my accommodation but wont refund as my contract is with the owners. End of. Hoping to make contact to see if they can help!!! #Yorkshire #york #sykescottages #copmanthorpe

It’s good of @sykescottages to retweet the three people which are happy with their horrendous policy and ignore the thousands who aren’t. Judging by their response to similar tweets this will be me blocked now, because if they can’t see it, it mustn’t be happening!#sykescottages

[Lou Tinsley @loutinsley]

@alancampbellmp did you know that @sykescottages are not issuing refunds to customers whose trips have been cancelled in the context of COVID-19? Im sure there’s many more pressing issues that need your attention at the moment but when you have time, happy to explain the details
