Why does @scotrail consider it acceptable to repeatedly terminate Balloch trains at Dalreoch? Why is it always customers for the same three stations that are penalised?

And so far on the app in the last hour I’ve seen the following reasons for the trains being disrupted tonight... earlier signal fault, trespassers and congestion. Can’t trust a word @scotrail say...

@jackiebmsp @ScotRail Thanks for letting us know. Shame @scotrail couldn’t extend their customers the same courtesy they did you. Several people asked about the change - all were ignored.

@ScotRail It used to be six carriages. Is this a permanent change? It’ll mean that the 1612, 1642, 1712 and 1742 are all only three carriages - not at all sufficient!
