Also SEA fans who got multiple shows also came and did VVIP also did self queue and line up even tho that was meant to not be allowed 🤷🏼‍♀️ so we shouldn’t point figures and group a very large nation of people together

Very well said. While I myself am upset as frankly there was actually nothing to ticket for on global day, some foreign fans are also mistaking that the current issues with ticketing in Korea/domestically also hurt us. Tensions are high so miscommunication is happening

For those who don’t know Aus has a law you can’t sell tickets 10% above the og price bc of this scalping doesn’t exist as well as due to no cancellation policy. People must sell to eachother if they want their money back. So it stays in the community.

Tbh I used to find the Australian way of ticketing annoying like not really being able to chose the seat you want and being put into a queue before a queue but after dealing with Korea and Japan I realise this is way better bc it’s a lot fairer

In some foreign countries (like mine) you have to verify membership a bit before. Before ticketing you are emailed a unique code you need to put in to even be allowed to join queue. You have to enter it manually so they should put something like that in place maybe?

엑셀표 관련 현재 상황 정리 😤

1. 전자동 티켓 상당수 생존
기존에 올린 놀티켓 영상처럼 프로그램으로 패킷을 발송해 선점·결제한 티켓 상당수가 부정으로 적발되지 않고 유지 중
- 계정별로 국내 통신사 프록시 IP 하나씩 부여
- 카카오페이 + 국내발행 카드로 대리결제
(유학생·대리결제 업체 등)
- 로그분석을 통한 부정예매를 제대로 가려내지 못하는 것으로 보임

2. 정작 확인해야 할 비정상 예매를 못 가려내는 중
티켓오픈 5분넘게 서버에 비정상 요청을 보내 정상 이용자 접근에 영향을 주고, 대기열을 우회해 좌석을 선점·결제한 정황은 서버 로그로 확인 가능할 것으로 보이나 확인하지 않는 중
- 예를 들어 좌석배치도나 특정 구역 좌석을 조회하지 않았는데 선점 패킷부터 넘어오는 경우 등.

그런데 현재는
- 한 계정으로 전 회차 티켓 보유
- 여러 회차 배송지 상이·반복 변경
- 잦은 새로고침
- 여러 구역을 반복 이동
이런 단순한 패턴으로만 판단하면서 정상 예매한 팬들까지 오인 취소되는 사례가 발생 중.

3. 확장프로그램 방식은 다수 취소
확장프로그램으로 새로고침을 반복하며 좌석을 쓸어간 티켓은 상당수 취소된 것으로 파악됨. 하지만 이런 잦은 새로고침은 정상적인 유저도 충분히 할 수 있는 행동이고, 실제로 이거로 잘못판별되어 취소된 팬도 많은게 문제
멜론티켓/놀티켓 확장프로그램 작동 영상도 추가 공유 예정.

4. 무통장입금 티켓
해외 계정업자가 도용 명의 또는 존재하지 않는 사람 명의의 계정으로 예매한 내역중 무통장 티켓으로 결제한 경우
환불계좌 명의 문제로 정상적인 환불이 어려워져서 티켓과 돈 둘다 잃은 내역 많음 (ㅋㅋㅋㅋ)

5. 본인인증이 영구인 것도 문제
멜론티켓은 놀티켓처럼 1년에 1번이라도 본인인증 절차를 다시 시켜야하는데, 안하고 있으니 업자들에게는 이런 유령계정이 엄청 많이 있고, 매번 티켓팅때마다 활용되는 중

실제 대기무력화/자동화/우회 예매를 정확히 적발하기보다 이전에 해왔던 단순 행동 패턴을 기준으로 정상 팬들까지 취소시키고 있다는 점.
새로고침 횟수나 구역 이동보다 비정상 서버 요청·대기열 우회·자동화된 좌석 선점 및 결제 정황을 중심으로 확인하고 다시는 반복되지 않게 패치해야하는데, 아직도 패치 안했습니다~

The only way to get your money back is to sell it, you’ll most likely lose a little of it though bc the demand isn’t there as again this 10% stops creating forced scarcity. That doesn’t mean kpop concerts here aren’t being targeting actually by both Korean and Chinese scalpers
