Should I stop paying taxes to the government. If I start giving that much amount to someone needy, they will surely help us in such flood situation. Since Monday we are trying to survive without electricity and in flood water.

Please do something and give us some relief from this flood water..we must have some proper plan of action ready for flood always. We must always have proper drainage while planning for roads. Please think from your heart once and stop always thing about to rule and money.
