yoongi being a cat dad, playing guitar eight hours a day, does calculus to relieve stress, randomly does a long run before a concert, interested in world peace, developed a treatment centre for people with autism using music, volunteers to be a teacher for children… a rare man
one thing about bangtan is they never forget to mention and appreciate army in every single win they got. even when they lose, they always thank us for our support & instead comfort us that they’re okay. one of the reasons why i love them sm, it never feel like a one sided love
Ya الله, I’m tired of carrying battles nobody sees. Free my heart from grief, my mind from overthinking, and my soul from anything that no longer benefits me. Replace every hidden pain with peace, every delay with wisdom, and every loss with something better. I leave everything in Your hands.
Kita disini kerja yg bener sampe gila meanwhile di luar sana ada yg dpt 6jt per hari cuma buat ngeracunin anak sekolah if that doesn’t radicalize you idk what will
Residency tip:
You're at a tertiary center. Most patients haven't come straight to you. They've been to a village hospital first. Then a district one. Maybe a private setup. By the time they reach your OPD, two or three doctors have already seen them.
Those doctors stood where you're standing now. Just without your CT scanner. Without a senior one phone call away. Without your institute's name behind them.
But they're doctors. They examined the patient. They wrote things down.
Read their files. All of it. Don't skim. Don't toss the folder aside because the handwriting is bad or the paper is yellow. Their findings save you time. Their reports work as your quality control. Their differentials are clues - sometimes the diagnosis is sitting right there on page two and you're about to order it again from scratch.
Lower your ego about the institute. The doctor who throws away old files and starts fresh isn't being thorough. He's being arrogant. And one day he's going to miss something a PHC medical officer caught three months ago.
Bukan kaleng-kaleng, ilmuwan luar negeri aja segan sama riset mereka. Tapi ya gitu, musuh terberat orang pinter di sini bukan virus, tapi birokrasi.
Plot twist paling pahitnya terjadi awal 2022.
Aku langsung inget tulisan dr. @AdamPrabata yang pernah bahas kalau ngurangin sejam aja dari jam tidur kita, badan tuh butuh waktu 3-4 hari buat pulih/ngegantinya.
Masalah Psikologis pun kurang lebih serupa.
Ibaratnya, kalo di HP kita ngomongin battery health deh. Buat menjaga battery health kita, salah satu caranya JUSTRU JANGAN TUNGGU NGECHARGE SAMPE BATRENYA KOSONG BANGET.
Kenapa?
Butuh 2000x ngecharge baru battery health-nya menurun.
Jadi, jangan tunggu sampai energimu habis mentok baru diadress masalah Psikologisnya.
Yoongi's verse in "Come Over (Prod. SUGA)" hits different today ❤️🩹
"Baby, don't do me like that
So much time has already passed
After that day we drifted apart,
Should we just each bury our own stories?
Sorry, I'm a bit late, right?
You’ve been doing well, without any troubles all this time, right?
Now that we’re starting over,
Let's never lose each other again."
𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗞
Tau gak salah satu alasan penyebarannya apa?

Nih gue attach kutipan data CDC US tentang penyebaran campak di sana, biar gak disangka bohong
If your father or mother is above 67, please pause and read this slowly.
At that age, life begins to feel different for them. The world moves faster, but their bodies move slower. The things they once did effortlessly now require effort. Their strength is not what it used to be, and even if they don’t say it, they feel it.
What they need now is not pressure. Not stress. Not arguments about money or past mistakes. They need stability. They need reassurance. They need to feel safe.
If they have savings, protect it. This is not the stage for risky investments or “let’s try this opportunity.” It is the stage for preservation. Capital safety matters more than high returns. Peace of mind matters more than profit.
If they depend on you financially, don’t see it as a burden. See it as a privilege. The same hands that once carried you are now weaker. The same voices that defended you now speak softer. Support them with dignity, not pity.
And beyond money, give them something deeper.
Call them without being in a hurry.
Sit with them without checking your phone every two minutes.
Let them repeat stories you’ve heard before. One day, you will wish to hear those stories again.
At 67 and above, what they truly fear is not death. It is loneliness. It is feeling forgotten.
Take care of their health. Help them organize their documents. Make sure they are not being financially manipulated. Protect them from stress. But most importantly, protect their heart.
Because one day, the chair they sit on will be empty.
And no amount of money will buy back one more conversation.
