Having a @Wickes Kitchen fitted and the ejole process has been a disaster. It's impossible to get an answer on phone or email. It's me chasing every day. So much for them managing the whole process! I would definitely not recommend or buy from there ever again.

@_alicebeer Im having a nightmare with @Wickes kitchen-am in touch with the CEO David Woods office who said thed help but sadly no further along.Ive tried everything.Been without functioning kitchen for 3 weeks and still no hob, with no surface, no splashback and the list goes on
@InsightDIY@Wickes Never buy from @wickes the end of the end process is terrible. You can never get through to customer service abd fail at their promises at every stage. I will never buy again.
@Wickes still haven delivered half of my kitchen and have said as the missing items are under investigation, they won't be until this is https://t.co/JTmZaecDVG the meantime I have no sinks no access to water, no cooking facilities and it looks like I will be for all of easter.
@Wickes I cant get through on you kitchen customer service phone line again!!! You redelivered what should have been 21 items today and still there are missing items. The installer isn't able to proceed. I need a same day delivery arranging. This experience worse by the day!

@wickes Only delivered half my kitchen which is causing a nightmare.Trying to get through for help& the rest is ridiculous.Told them yesterday and they said it will be couriered by tomorrow. Then got a text to say ita booked for Thursday! What's going on? Not good enough!
Is anyone else having trouble returning online items to @SportsDirectUK ? They have been awful with me. My online order placed on 28th Oct is being refused because its before the 31st cut off. I actually received it after 31st!!! I will never buy from them again!!!
I placed a large order with sports direct online for Christmas from @SportsDirectUK on 28th Oct. 1 item is not the right size & they're refusing a refund. They said its outside of the Christmas cut off of 31st Oct. Being online, I didnt receive them til after 31st. Its not fair.
