@Wickes managers refusing to call back for days when they have left us with plumbing issues and only half a kitchen for weeks. Where can I take this next????
@Wickes once again I was promised a phone call yesterday to sort the plumbing issue u have left me with once again no phone call I have will have to chase again!!! Today stands Iv spent 19 hours in total on the phone chasing @wickes not acceptable
@Wickes is it okay to leave a house with incorrect plumbing in a kitchen for 2 weeks where waste is coming in the dishwasher and sink and then smell is unbearable ????
@Wickes worst experience of my life kitchen going wrong every day made over 40 complaints get promised a manager will ring me every day and never happens! I don’t know what to do any more who I should contact. I literally should have thrown all my money in the bin absolute joke!
@VirginMoney avoid at all costs!!!!! Mortgage has cost me £1000s because people can’t do there job on time. Managed said they would call me within 48 hours it’s been 8 days still no call can’t take responsibility for there failings
@VirginMoney Can you please clarify that you will not help on the matter even though you admitted liability? But because the letter says the complaint is closed you can not help???

@VirginMoney So your happy with the fact you have said to me on the phone we did not pass your info on to solicitors and then send me a letter saying it’s the solicitors fault??? I have a recording where you admit liability??
@VirginMoney 24phone calls in my time wasted! You have sent a letter closing my complaint after not speaking to me not once!!! The solicitors u have blamed can’t wait for a copy of the letter u sentwhich blames them!! When @VirginMoney and @CEOVirginMoney are at fault and u have admitted that

@VirginMoney Yes a complaint has been made u said you would call me within 48 hours on the 19th December I still haven’t received that phone call. How dare you in the middle of a living crisis and Christmas leave me in this financial situation
@VirginMoney@CEOVirginMoney You have left me in financial difficulty because of staffs incompetence of not processing my mortgage and after admitting liability of not passing my mortgage on to the solicitors causing this stress to me and my family you have now said you don’t care!
