Your body can convert both #Protein & Fat to glucose when it needs to. Therefore carbohydrates are not required by your body. If you are suffering from bloating, water retention, skin problems or #inflammation. eliminate carbs completely for a period & watch these things improve

Strange how so many of us "reverse" our Type 2 DM by cutting carbs to <25g/day @virtahealth@samiinkinen. That may suggest that idea that T2DM is "very complex, multifactorial disease" is a dogma manufactured by the medical profession for reasons it may not want us to question.
@RobertLustigMD A bowl of this stuff is like an amp of dextrose. Kids are consuming pharmacological doses of simple carbohydrates. Truly sad that people consider this food.
@kbgadhvi@aga_pallavi@lowcarbindia1@dlifein@lowcarb_aus@FructoseNo@MarikaSboros Fruits in ancient days were seasonal. Mainly berries, a few nuts. They were sour, small in size. Even apples are sour in forests today and tiny. Today’s re-engineering in fruits has made them fructose bombs that spike insulin. Hence only a few organic fruit is consumption worthy!!!
@aga_pallavi@lowcarbindia1 @KetoDocCLT @ajunsonu@shashiiyengar @LowCarb_love @dlifein Dr, sodium is easily replenished. I always feel potassium and MG in Standard LCHF diets (Indian) is deficient. Do you recommend any substitutes?
