Super impressed with my sweet husband who was embracing a sedentary lifestyle then last year decided to start running 🤣 I'm not sure "most of the benefits are in the journey not the destination." For me the journey is alright, but I do it for the results💪🏋🏼‍♀️😎

Fitness has not been a priority. My son who is super fit told me there were benefits on the other side that I couldn't realize until I got there.

Dropped 40 pounds and exercise 6 days a week.

My take so far is that most of the benefits are in the journey not the destination.

@GeorgeSayour I suspect that it is her graduate school comment that raises eyebrows. But our daughters' minds should be developed as image-bearers of God. And a keen mind is no barrier to marriage and motherhood -- a well-educated woman is an asset to her family and the church.
