LORD, TEACH ME TO NUMBER MY DAYS

Heavenly Father,

Today I come before You with humility and reverence, acknowledging that You are God and that my life is in Your hands. Your Word says in Psalm 90:12, "Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom." Lord, this is my prayer today. Teach me to number my days. Teach me to understand that life is a gift and that every breath I take is because of Your mercy and grace.

Father, help me never to take time for granted. Open my eyes to see that my days on earth are limited and that every moment carries purpose and eternal significance. Deliver me from wasting the precious time You have given me. Save me from distractions, laziness, procrastination, and pursuits that add no value to my life or Your Kingdom.

Lord, give me wisdom to invest my time in things that matter. Help me to prioritize my relationship with You above everything else. Teach me to seek Your face while You may be found and to walk closely with You every day of my life. May I never become too busy for prayer, too occupied for Your Word, or too distracted to hear Your voice.

Father, teach me to number my days so that I may live intentionally. Let every day be lived with purpose. Let every decision be guided by wisdom. Let every opportunity be used for Your glory. Help me to understand that tomorrow is not promised and that the best time to obey You is today.

Lord, where I have wasted time, have mercy upon me. Forgive me for the hours, days, months, and years that I have spent pursuing things that did not honor You. Redeem every lost season. Restore every missed opportunity according to Your mercy and grace. Turn my mistakes into testimonies and my failures into lessons that draw me closer to You.

Father, teach me to number my days so that I may walk in holiness. Help me to live in a way that pleases You. Let the awareness of eternity shape my choices and actions. May I remember that one day I will stand before You and give an account of my life. Let this truth keep me humble, focused, and faithful.

Lord, grant me a heart of wisdom. Wisdom in my speech, wisdom in my relationships, wisdom in my finances, wisdom in my ministry, wisdom in my work, and wisdom in every area of my life. Help me to discern what is good, what is better, and what is best according to Your will.

Father, teach me to value people. Help me to love deeply, forgive quickly, encourage sincerely, and serve faithfully. Let me not spend my days in bitterness, envy, pride, or unforgiveness. Instead, fill my heart with compassion, kindness, patience, and love.

Lord, teach me to number my days so that I may fulfill my assignment on earth. I refuse to leave this world without accomplishing what You created me to do. Let every gift, talent, ability, and opportunity You have given me be used for Your glory. Help me to finish my race with joy and faithfulness.

Father, preserve me from premature death and destruction. Protect my going out and my coming in. Keep me from accidents, diseases, evil plans, and every attack of the enemy. Let me live to fulfill every purpose You have ordained for my life. Let my days be fruitful, impactful, and blessed.

Lord, as I number my days, teach me to depend on You daily. Let me never trust in my own strength, wisdom, or understanding. Remind me that apart from You I can do nothing. Keep me close to Your heart and sensitive to Your leading.

Father, let every sunrise remind me of Your faithfulness and every sunset remind me that another day has passed. Help me to live each day as if it were my last and plan each day as if I have a future to build for Your glory.

May my life bring honor to Your name. May my family be blessed because I lived wisely. May my generation be impacted because I obeyed Your voice. May Your Kingdom advance because I was faithful with the time You entrusted to me.
