@jemimarosexo bet you didn’t have any luck with the refund process. We had our flight cancelled out to Italy but not back. So I couldn’t get out there but I could back! Still waiting for a response!! And am busy working that I cannot sit on hold for 3 hours a day #notsoeasyjet

@easyJet Don’t fly easyJet they maybe trying to get you back on flights but they may cancel your flight out but not back - yet you still have to pay for your flight back - even though you can’t get there!!! Don’t trust them you never know if you’ll get your money back!

@DartCharge not very happy with your service this morning. I have a fine to pay and tried to pay before i go on holiday to avoid paying the full amount. But i cannot do that because i have rang too early. Also cannot login to my account to update my residents account.
