@ArnoldClark got my car back yesterday after having warranty work done at Northwich, it was absolutely filthy! My key has been damaged and my washer fluid was completely empty. Had to go to Halfords for cleaning supplies! So disappointed with the service received 😕

@TalkTalk my friend has been receiving shocking service from you about moving her WiFi to her new address. She finally had a reply on live chat after 5 hours at 17:55, when she replied at 18:02 you had closed!! 2 phone calls and a lot of stress later she’s no further forward.
