@RandPaul FCC has not even launched an investigation. They were not involved.

Public broadcasts do fall under their purview. If a violation of broadcasts rules occurs they can exercise their authority to investigate and remedy if needed.

Affiliates, fans & sponsors spoke and were heard!

TV shows aren't constitutional rights — they're business decisions with public obligations.

@WesternLensman FALSE. Hayes Read the #BillOfRights! Privately owned affiliates and sponsors pulled their support. Govt was not involved. The FCC chair only commented that they could investigate the allegations of false and defamatory statements made by Kimmel. Disney pulled the plug first.
