@HMRCcustomers I registered for self assessment on 28 November 2023 and I have yet to receive my UTR to enable me to make a return. I have called twice and been told I’m not eligible to speak to an adviser by the automated system. Please can you advise. Thanks

@HMRCcustomers Hi. No, I’ve applied twice and can’t see it in my online account. I’ve taken a screenshot as evidence I’ve applied. I submitted a form to cancel child benefit and I can see that and it’s been actioned.
