@sfmta_muni I would go to work, but you shut down the 10 and the long 12 is 11 minutes behind again after running only every 20 minutes. is it reasonable to wait 30 minutes for a bus during prime commute hours?

@united UA472 = boarded plane, sat for 1.5hrs while you looked for pilots, got off plane, sat in DTW for 6hrs, pilots arrived, start boarding, boarding paused to clean the plane (that had been sitting for 5hrs), maintenance needed for window of plane, never flying United again (was gold)

@sfmta_muni don’t try to sub 45s by telling people to take 30 to 41. 41s are so full they won’t let anyone on. 45s running more than 20 minutes apart during rush hour. unacceptable level of service.

@sfmta_muni totally unacceptable. EIGHT 30s and ZERO 45s in more than a half an hour during rush?!? reprioritize just one of those buses to meet a minimum level of service. literally makes it impossible for me to get home or to class on time.

@sfmta_muni I’ve tried this multiple times and had to wait another 10-12 minutes for the 41. Makes a 3.5 mile commute 50 minutes long. Is that an acceptable level of service to you? Shift the balance between the 30 and 45.

@sfmta_muni based on the number of 30s in comparison, you need to rebalance the shortage. not okay to have my 3.5 mile commute doubled while my MUNI fares go up. this level of service drives people to Lyft, which just clogs our streets. reaching detroit-level bus waits.

@sfmta_muni what’s been going on with the 45 towards Lyon during evening rush? now often comes every 20-30 minutes. not acceptable for a primary route! especially since there are usually MANY 30s at that time. not everyone can walk up RHill from NPoint.
