I think 10-20 mins delay is considerable but this kind of delay is too much (at least regarding food). I think Nepal food delivery companies should implement some policies regarding late deliveries like @zomato and @UberEats .

I ordered a Meal from @BhojDeals and they took about 2 hours to get it delivered (more than an hour of delay than an estimated time) and the food obviously was cold. I was about to cancel it but decided not to. Also, this is not the first time this has happened to me.
