In a world with so much division, anger and bad news please enjoy this lovely scene.
Rocky and Anthony have their boxes beside each other in our senior retirement village.
2 dogs used to surviving on the streets. Rocky welcome Anthony into his retreat for a sleepover โค๏ธ
Sir Anthony Hopkins.
Still one of the hardest dogs I've ever had to catch. He was in agony when he first came in.
He's very happy now as the king of the retirement village!
Will Lankshear should be cited as the perfect example for a young player on how to behave - on and off the pitch - when going out on loan. Has a fantastic career ahead of him.
If you have good health, food on your table and friends and family never take that for granted.
Many people and animals out there struggling with their lives wish they had those simple things.
Rocky is rebuilding and hopes you a great day โค๏ธ
The tough moments donโt push me away; they root me deeper, because they make every future success feel earned, real & unforgettable. Being an OUFC supporter has never been the easy path, but thatโs exactly why it means so much. Itโs part of who I am now, always, and for life (2)
Through every setback, every frustrating result & every season that tests my patience, my loyalty never wavers. Supporting this club isnโt about chasing glory itโs about belonging, about standing firm when things arenโt going our way & believing brighter days will come again (1)
Clear your schedules - on Friday 27th March, you won't want to be anywhere but your sofa.

Sercombe. Hall. Derby day heroes.
We came from behind at the County Ground to stun Swindon Town 2โ1, as Liam Sercombe and Rob Hall secured the victory! ๐
Saw this earlier, sadly a time of the times.
Eight #FACup third round games today.
Not one on free to air TV.
Instead, fans are asked to pay ยฃ31 a month to watch a competition that once belonged to everyone.
The #FACup is how so many of us first fell in love with football.
Cold afternoons.
The TV on.
Giant killings.
Stories that stayed with you for life.
Kids didnโt need subscriptions.
They didnโt need logins.
They just watched and thatโs how generations of supporters were made.
You donโt grow the game by locking it away.
You grow it by letting people see it.
The FA Cup deserved better and so do the fans. ๐

Today matters. Not for balloons or hashtags, but because men in policing and the wider emergency services are still dying in silence. We lose police officers every year, often without any warning, and the impact is felt forever by those left behind.
If you know the job, you know the truth. It is extremely unlikely that you will finish a full career without a phone call telling you that someone you worked with has taken their own life. Some officers will even hear that tragic news more than once. The grief will stay with you for life.
Policing is heavy. The workload, the trauma, the uncertainty, and the constant belief that you should cope because everyone else is struggling as well. Then, add the growing pressure of lengthy PSD/DPS investigations that drag on for months or even years. Careers, reputations and families are placed - and left - in limbo.
Simply put, bad cops need removing. No one disputes that. But when good cops are suspended for years over matters that would see a criminal suspect dealt with and in court in less than half the time, something is seriously wrong. Some officers clear criminal allegations, walk out of court with no case to answer, and still have to begin a misconduct process that can go on for years. That lack of proportionality is breaking good people.
Even PSD and DPS staff are caught up in the same storm. They get a bad reputation by default, but many of them are simply honest cops doing an impossible job with far too many cases and far too few resources. They can't apply common sense and make quick decisions because the system doesn't allow them to. Does that sound familiar?
Here's the part that matters most.
Men in policing hide distress well. Sometimes too well. But if you're a police officer, you're trained to spot when things don't look right. You know when someone is off. If you notice a colleague go quiet, pull away, or simply not seem themselves, just ask the question. A simple, genuine conversation can be the difference between someone coping and someone giving up.
Look out for each other. It is not a slogan. It is survival.
We know that many people will read this quietly and never comment, but it might be the post that gets them through the day.

๐๏ธ Some brilliant news for Oxfordshire - Oxford Unitedโs new stadium at the Triangle near Kidlington will not be โcalled inโ by the Secretary of State.
This means the Government has decided thereโs no need for a further review, clearing a major hurdle for the project and giving the green light for it to move ahead.
Cherwell District Council will now work on finalising the Section 106 agreement setting out the contributions Oxford United will make to support local infrastructure before construction can begin.
With the club needing to leave the Kassam Stadium by May 2028, this is a huge step forward.
Itโs been quite the journey to get here, but now itโs time to get those spades in the ground and make this stadium a reality! #OUFC
