Here’s a PSA to never fly JetBlue! I was supposed to fly home from St. Maarten on 8/24, only for it to be delayed and then cancelled at the 25th hour. Then the following day it was delayed twice more and i didn’t get home until 2 in the morning on 8/26.

@JetBlue I understand the personal item, but on the app it clearly says we were permitted to “1 Carry-On”. Since when is a personal item the same thing as a carry-on??

@amyjo7777 @JetBlue PSA it wasn’t delayed or canceled due to weather so get your facts straight. And the problem with the bags was that it said on the app that we were allowed 1 free carryon even with the “cheapest fare”. But if it bothers you so much, maybe next time YOU can pay to upgrade my seat
