Buffet says “all you can eat” so what happens when you eat for hours? This guy got escorted out while still holding his plate.

You could have shut your mouth, kept the city affordable for middle-class tourists, and printed more money than you ever needed. But no, you just had to blow it up. You and your resort fees and your Michelin stars. Your Fontainebleau Hotel, Jean Georges Steakhouse, poolside cabana rentals, and Formula 1 Grand Prix. If you’d done your job, known your place, and stopped private equity from pricing out regular visitors, we all be fine right now. But you didn’t.
