Esta planta solar con dos torres de espejos ya está encendida.

Y no es un proyecto energético…

es un movimiento geopolítico.

En pleno desierto de Gansu, China ha activado una megacentral solar con 30.000 heliostatos (espejos gigantes) apuntando a dos torres de 200 metros. Allí, el sol no se refleja: se concentra como un láser.

Ese haz de energía calienta un fluido de sal fundida a más de 500 °C, que se transforma en vapor y mueve turbinas. Resultado:

⚡ 1.800 millones de kWh al año
🏡 Energía para 170.000 hogares
🌙 Electricidad incluso de noche gracias al almacenamiento térmico

Esto no es un récord. Es un mensaje.

Esto no va de energía. Va de poder.

Mientras en el resto del mundo seguimos discutiendo sobre si “la energía verde llegará a tiempo”, China ya está en la fase industrial de la transición. Y lo está haciendo a su estilo:
colosal, silenciosa y estratégica.

Este modelo CSP (Concentrated Solar Power) no depende del clima, ni de gas extranjero, ni de baterías de litio.

Almacena calor y produce energía 24/7: es renovable con comportamiento nuclear.

No es prototipo: es producción nacional a gran escala.

Europa regula. China construye.

En los últimos 10 años:

Europa → Debates, regulaciones, objetivos 2030, informes climáticos

China → Fábricas solares robotizadas, gigacentrales desérticas, dominio total de la cadena fotovoltaica

La pregunta incómoda: ¿Quién controlará el precio del futuro energético?

Quien domine el sol, dominará la industria, los datos, la IA… y la factura eléctrica del mundo.
