@BankofScotland is there an issue with the app. I am getting an error message ‘sorry we are experiencing technical problems’ - any idea when this might be resolved?
@britishairways cancelled flight to Aberdeen BA1316, 5 hours no excuse, no solution then cancellation. Absolutely disgusting no customer service and passengers stranded. Sort it out, bureaucracy gone mad.
@HMRCcustomers I have an email and phone number for the agent, which was recently changed however despite numerous attempts cannot get a response or status update.
@HMRCcustomers I have been trying for a few to get a status update on my compliance check relating to a SA refund. The estimated timeline has been exceeded and I can’t get through to the agent via email/ phone and the online chat facility is unavailable.
@HMRCcustomers 4months+ for a compliance check. Inconsistent info from cust servs. Processing a SA repayment will take over 12 months, many hours wasted on the phone and sending letters. Fed up of misinformation, lack of clarity and ever expanding timelines. @HMRCcustomers you can do better.
@HMRCcustomers Tried both of these options on hold for an hour on the helpline before hanging up as had an urgent call to make. Web assistant advised me to call the helpline. This really is very frustrating.
@HMRCcustomers Yes it’s pending, this has been ongoing since Feb this year. The latest form is showing as received on 1st Dec. I received a compliance check letter in the post on 30 Nov I responded immediately but have been unable to get any further info.
