My AA flight from Barcelona to JFK on Sept 5 was canceled. Rebooked for Sept 6 on #AA9602, but that was delayed from 12 PM to 8 PM, so I was moved to Iberia via Madrid. @AmericanAir said they’d pull my luggage—but they didn’t.

My Away Large suitcase, light blue, with two strips of blue leopard-print duct tape (front & back), never arrived. It has irreplaceable items — brand-new clothing, shoes, toiletries, and makeup etc.

Extremely disappointed with @YogaGoApp. Circumstances prevented me from using the app, but they renewed my subscription for another 3 months and charged me $66.65. I cancelled and requested a refund, but they refused. Beware of their automatic renewals. #UnhappyCustomer #BadPR

@OptimumHelp has the worst customer service. I have been waiting all day for a service visit. I keep getting incorrect info. They keep making mistakes on their end. I have been waiting for callback. Now I’m on hold for more than 40 mins. Next call will be to cancel service.
