@PhilipCDube Thank you for posting this. My husband at age 47 had a dissection. We thought he was having a heart attack He was taken to a second hospital where the doctor gave him a small chance to survive and if he did he may lose his legs. He survived .

@JLRINVESTIGATES An aortic dissection has the same symptoms as a heart attack. Rarely do people survive it. I know because my husband was given very slim odds to survive the one he had
