Expedited Elderly release, starting with 60 and older, then 55, then 50 within two years.

Closure of facilities it would be costly to A/C, especially those in the panhandle,

Air Condition the rest,

Build a large new prison over near CFRC & UCF with plans to eliminate more old facilities in the future.

Shifting people to prisons within 125 miles of their home unless there is a proven criminal element reason not too or a program they wish to enroll in further away.

Everyone eligible to be released should be considered for work release. Those that needed drug treatment must be cleared first before eligible. Work release should start 3 years before you get out and include transitional services.

It is dangerous for the Officers and the Detainees when you feed them inedible food, severely limit visits to canteen, have limited supply of affordable items. It’s time to give notice to Keefe and walk away from this nightmare.

Take the 2014 prices listed in the Trinity contract, add 31% for CPI. Then do a reasonableness test.
