@nawazkasmani I did try to check that initially (not at scale) but it was like 7/10 high risk orders actually got RTO

@nawazkasmani On a scale of 1000+ orders around 75-80% orders were LOW RTO Risk (according to shiprocket RTO predictor) and that is very close to my delivery % which is around 70-75%

Haven't tried blocking cod for high risk orders but yes that is definitely worth a try

@shreyecom Do you use Shiprocket RTO predictor? Been using it for a couples months and its been pretty accurate that way we are doing manual calling for only high RTO risk customers
