@TimDier @CityAM If the risk is personal anyway, you may as well look at a personal loan at a far lower rate. SME lending at 30-40% interest is now commonplace. Saddled with this level of interest, it’s crippling for businesses to thrive.

@cityoflondon Daisy Green would be just fine if not selected to run the park cafes. The current operators you are pushing out are, in fact, the small, independent family run business who will actually lose their livelihoods when forced to close.
