@Amanda_Exeter I'm interested to connect Amanda. I am shocked that those with current Snr Accred status will be downgraded if they don't go through an additional process #SCoPEd#BACP
I am writing a blogpost next week on the #SCoPEd fiasco esp re #bacp senior accredited Snr Accred. Please Like or RT if you’d like to contribute or read once posted
I welcome this news from Spain, but it remains an outrage that the UK has no such protections for intersex infants and children where these surgeries continue to cause harm.
Going for walks in nature has been voted as one of the top coping mechanisms and 45% of us say that being out in nature and greenspace has been vital for our mental health.

How many myths, comments, or just outright ridiculous things have you heard about the trans community before?

Last podcast episode before I take a summer break will be out later today, with the wonderful @alex_chiavolini as my guest. So pleased to finally get some space with Alex! #podcast#TherapistsConnect#resilience

What really bugs me is when sweeping generalisations are made. This peer-reviewed academic paper had 4 intersex/DSD participants. Just 4.
It’s not strictly or simply about the existence of the “man/woman dichotomy”, for me, it’s the rigidity and narrowness of what each means.
