@bookingcom It’s not my reservation data: it’s the scammers’. I’m happy for it to go out, far and wide. The booking is not under my name and does not appear under my list of bookings. Only the Wallet money was!
91 days ago @bookingcom stole from my Wallet Credits to pay for somebody else’s hotel room. #BookingCom have acknowledged that the incident occurred, but with their trademark obstructionism refuse to deal with it. This thread relates my uphill struggle to reach a resolution.
Their tactic is to bully you into surrender. I got that before (unresolved dispute in 2022). Whether they are aware or not, Glenn Fogel, Paul Jonathan Downham and all those respectably-looking @bookingcom executives are in fact sitting at the head of a gang of egregious bandits.
I’m a #bookingcom Genius Level 3 customer (the top tier of their loyalty scheme): I shudder at the thought of how they must treat less loyal customers. @bookingcom Customer Service must get their act together. Check the web: their track record is abysmal. #bookingcomscam
