@lawofsea@infantrydort Indeed. The fact that they seem to have been able to sound six short indicates some engineering issue rather than a strictly human factor on the bridge.
@MadelnCanada Officer of watch in HMCS Whitehorse on OP PODIUM. We took up station right in front of Canada Place and listened to the crowds. One of my core memories at sea with the RCN.
I am so fortunate to still work with Tony Evans today at HMCS VENTURE. A finer example of a mentor may well not exist - IMO. (Ask any of thr hundreds of students rolling through the school or the COs in the fleet!)

Memories? Mentorship.
While I reflect on time in various KINGSTON Class ships I have to start with mentorship. While I invested so much time in the ships, I truly benefitted from those that invested time in me. From unruly OS-PO2 (and SLt??) to fairly competent BWK 1/?
all the way to Command, I learned so much from so many - a debt I will never be able to repay. A single photo can't encapsulate everything - or everyone. But this one comes close. The day the subbies ruled the world. 2/?
