The demand for skilled labor is growing, but the workforce isn't keeping up. In the next five years, there will be 68% more job openings in infrastructure than there are workers to fill them.
At @Denoco_Energy Systems, we know that top talent isn’t just looking for a paycheck—they want training, career growth, and a workplace that invests in them.
A recent survey found:
Many young workers don’t feel qualified for the trades.
Skilled workers want better training & development.
The best companies invest in their teams for long-term success.
We take that seriously. Ongoing training is part of our culture. In 2025, we are increasing our investment in continued education to ensure our team stays ahead.

Will we finally stop freaking out every time Trump makes a new move? Yes all these confusing moves are unsettling, but that’s precisely why he’s doing it to attain his goals.
Despite his claim that “we don’t need Canadian imports,” Trump knows very well that American businesses and consumers need the oil, steel, aluminum, potash, uranium, auto parts, lumber, and many other products we sell them at a good price. And that they will be impacted negatively by tariffs that THEY (and not Canada) will have to pay.
That’s why he keeps postponing or adjusting them, while never entirely removing his threats.
Although the fentanyl and migrant issues are important, I believe they are only a pretext.
Trump wants to bring back investments and manufacturing to the US. He wants to be in a strong position to renegotiate the USMCA.
He also knows that the longer term central problem of the US economy is the strong dollar, which makes imports cheap and US exports less competitive. And the massive public debt financed by fiat money creation, again thanks to the strong dollar and its status as the world’s reserve currency.
I believe his ultimate goal is to engineer a monetary reset that will see the dollar devalued and gold remonetized. There will be a global deal with Russia and China, which also want to dedollarize and have been accumulating gold.
All the geopolitical moves we see now regarding Ukraine for example fit in this plan.
Canada is woefully unprepared for all this. We are the only major country with no gold reserves. We are too dependent on the US. We have just spent a decade spending like there is no tomorrow, and taxing and regulating our businesses to the ground. Our economy is not competitive.
And our political establishment are all hysterical drama queens who understand nothing of this.
It’s time to put adults in charge. Vote for the PPC.
It was about birth certificates I think too and us being securities and all this sort of thing...surely you know what I'm talking about. I was mistaken with common law stuff. Part of it was to never say no with regards to a demand letter and instead agree if someone will sign under oath to the debt....this kind of thing.
@offgridstone Hey brother, I know you learned and shared a bunch of info on maritime, common and trust law and whatnot. I need to learn this all for myself, can you please point me to where I can find and learn this stuff.
