@hm can you tell me how long I'll have to wait for a refund?

[Lucy @luce_ward]

@Hermesparcels where is my parcel!!! Please DM me with details!!

[Lucy @luce_ward]

@NestleUKI @DoogRossy Also never used to be in plastic until xmas 2019.....seems strange to add plastic to a product when everyone is trying to go #plasticfree

[Lucy @luce_ward]

@BBCBreakfast @danwaker @OldhamCollege Thank you @BBCBreakfast and @OldhamCollege for your kind gesture to Terrence. An enjoyable albeit wet eyed viewing. 🎄🎅

@thameswater 3 months on and still fighting a £3000 bill for my elderly grandmother- to make it worse you don't respond to calls or emails 🤬

[Lucy @luce_ward]

@ghdHelp you replaced my Platnuim + this week under warranty, 3rd pair in 6months. Used today for the first time and they still turn off 😡🤬😭

[Lucy @luce_ward]

@thameswater repeatedly billing an 80 year old woman over £2000 despite she proving the leaks on their side @Ofwat @BBCWatchdog #whatajoke

[Lucy @luce_ward]

@CostaCoffee @tisburyash They always used to use a different jug, this is a load of rubbish. Don't worry though @StarbucksUK cater for your allergy requirement 💪

[Lucy @luce_ward]

Refusing to make a drink because the customer has an allergy and they asked for soya milk @CostaCoffee #poorcustomerservice

[Lucy @luce_ward]

Nice work @thameswater charging an 80year old lady nearly £3000 for her water bill when you disconnected her meter a month ago @Ofwat #joke
