Dental practices are private businesses. Many want to and do offer NHS treatment, almost all do so at financial detriment.

Many practices are driven to the point of closure or bankruptcy trying to prop up unprofitable and unsustainable NHS contracts.

If the business is not a going concern it will cease to exist

Bottom line: the business closes and there is no dentistry, private or NHS, carried out there any longer
